Welcome to the New Caney ISD Maintenance web site.
New Caney ISD Maintenance maintains 2,206,798 square feet of buildings--inside and outside such as: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, general maintenance, and grounds. The Maintenance Department completed over 11,500 work orders in the school year 2007-2008. We utilize a state of the energy management systems to schedule, control, monitor, and troubleshoot HVAC and lighting systems throughout the district.
Our main goal is to provide a safe learning environment for the students.
